In its capacity as town attorney, Praxis offers traditional legal counsel to municipal councils, boards, committees, and staff on a broad array of legal matters including: elections, budgeting, taxation, land use permitting (including subdivision and site plan review), zoning compliance, zoning amendments, contract negotiation and competitive bidding, enforcement, and public records requests.
